Gospel Guide is built to help you grow in faith, not to collect your data. We keep information collection to a minimum and store your private prayer journal only on your own device.
We do not require an account to use Gospel Guide. We do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. If you contact us through a third-party site (for example, Green Valley Baptist Church), that site's privacy policy governs the information you provide there.
Prayer requests you write in the Prayer Journal are saved locally in your browser using localStorage. They stay on your device, are not sent to our servers, and are only accessible to you on the same device and browser. Clearing your browser data or deleting the app will remove your saved prayers.
Gospel Guide does not use tracking cookies or advertising identifiers. We may use basic, privacy-focused analytics to understand how the app is used overall, but this data is not used to identify individual users.
The app links to external sites such as Green Valley Baptist Church, Facebook, Beehiiv newsletters, and map services. Those sites have their own privacy policies and data practices, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review their policies when you leave Gospel Guide.
Gospel Guide is designed for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Gospel Guide means you accept the updated policy.
